The team.

Operators in cryptography, machine learning, IP law, and regulated-industry execution.

Headshot of Scott Searle

Scott Searle

Co-Founder & CEO

Scott brings deep expertise in cryptography and secure computing, with multiple patents in encryption and data security. A serial founder, he previously built and exited LockStream, whose DRM technology was acquired by Irdeto and became an industry standard for secure content protection, and Relevantis, an AI-driven mobile advertising platform. Earlier, at Microsoft, Scott architected an ad-supported secure-computing layer for Windows and contributed to Word, Outlook, and core OS components; at Apple, he worked on macOS fundamentals and consumer applications. The combination of cryptographic depth and operator instinct shapes how Enigmata turns dense academic primitives into deployable infrastructure.

His PhD thesis spanned holographic quantum data storage and AI-assisted cancer screening. He has structured IP strategy for major transactions including the Raytheon/United Technologies merger and the Rockstar patent consortium, and closed AI-licensing deals exceeding $280M with each of AI’s Big Five.
